As the Sales Operations Analyst for North America, you will play a critical role in supporting sales performance optimization across the region and contributing to global sales operations initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, Markets & Commissions, you will provide data-driven insights, manage core reporting tools, and collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment across sales processes and systems. Job Responsibility:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance data to provide actionable insights for sales leadership
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as pipeline health, revenue performance, and conversion rates
Support the preparation of business reviews, and sales performance presentations
Apply predictive analysis techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in pipeline and sales performance data
Maintain and enhance sales data quality and accuracy within Salesforce and related systems
Partner with the Sales Enablement and CRM teams to identify and implement process improvements
Utilize Power Automate and other Power Platform tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
Collaborate with sales leadership in North America to develop accurate sales quotas and territory plans
Work closely with finance and operations teams to align sales quotas with budgetary targets for the market
Partner with regional Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment on key metrics
Support coordination of cross-regional and global projects, sharing insights and best practices from the North America market
Actively participate in global projects and collaborate with colleagues across regions, leveraging best practices and driving continuous improvement on a global scale
Maintain expert-level Excel and Power BI reporting capabilities
Leverage Power Automate and other tools to enhance process automation
Support Salesforce data governance and ensure alignment with global CRM processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar data-driven role
Advanced analytical and Excel skills with proven ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights
Experience with Salesforce and Power BI required
familiarity with Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform strongly preferred
Exposure to predictive or trend analysis techniques (e.g., pipeline forecasting) an advantage
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Collaborative and proactive mindset, comfortable working across global teams and time zones
Nice to have:
