As part of the expanding Growth Operations Team, you will help drive stronger commercial outcomes for your business by providing meaningful and innovative insights and solutions to Sales & Commercial Leaders, delivering greater visibility and efficiencies for your business unit.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the Sales Operations partner for the Specialty & Human Capital businesses in Australia
Act as the subject matter expert for the global CRM platform for your team (Oracle), driving CRM adoption and a regular cadence of sales governance
Manage your team’s reporting & analytics needs by providing meaningful insights to manage the new business pipeline and provide visibility on accounts at risk
Use data and analytics to help target and pursue prospects, develop local market plans (LMPs), better manager resource utilization and capacity
Proactively manage the sales pipeline with Sales Leaders by participating in sales meetings and delivering meaningful insights on pipeline lead & lag indicators, providing actionable insights to help accelerate growth
Partner with your business units and other areas of the firm including marketing, bid, placement and other commercial business units to drive growth initiatives
Support sales campaigns, events and initiatives by providing local market planning data, contact invitation lists and building reporting to monitor progress & ROI
Support Growth Ops team by providing back-up support and guidance for other BUs where required
Requirements:

Strong ability to work closely with various cross functional groups
A creative & commercial thinker who brings innovative ideas, new perspectives, and a wealth of enthusiasm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and relationship skills
Demonstrated responsiveness to colleague and leadership requests
Qualifications include bachelor’s degree in Business or related major
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Intermediate PowerBI skills
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems (Salesforce/Oracle)
A minimum of 2+ years of sales operations experience or related formal training
