We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Germany (Hanover or Berlin) as soon as possible. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers significant opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
Job Responsibility:
Building a white-glove onboarding experience for partners
Ensuring partners are set up correctly in systems
Responsible for partner onboarding tickets to manage contracts
Create partner accounts in key systems
Route inquiries to sales
Maintain and develop PowerBI dashboards based on SFDC
Translate business metrics into critical dashboards for leadership
Conduct business analyses to understand lead flow, pipeline, and velocity across the sales cycle
Have a holistic view of necessary invoicing and sales processes
Increase efficiency
Requirements:
Completed degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or a comparable qualification
Work experience in a commercial or inside sales environment
Familiar with Salesforce
Experienced in PowerBI and able to write DAX and SQL queries
Knowledge of business administration
Solution-oriented way of working, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Quick comprehension
Organizational talent, know how to set priorities
