Job Description

To work with the Director of Sales Operations and across all Global Partnership teams on Reporting to optimise the end to end Sales Process and drive revenue generating activity through our ecosystem of business applications, tools and processes. Global Partnerships Technology and Global Partnerships Data & Insights teams are key stakeholders for engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with the Director of Sales Operations and across all Global Partnership teams on Reporting to optimise the end to end Sales Process and drive revenue generating activity
  • Provide regular and ad hoc operational reporting for business teams and Execs on our primary data sources
  • Recommend and action areas of data clean up and management across primary business applications
  • Support with data quality testing during mass data uploads and new system launches
  • Act as a Global Partnerships systems superuser
  • Support project teams and roll-outs with subject matter expertise
  • Manage the Expiring Licenses report refresh for Global Sales teams
  • Provide reporting support and expertise for Data Cleanse activities
  • Google Cloud (GCP) query management for the development, running, and scheduling of queries
  • In-House Avail Tool updates executed weekly from GCP Data Warehouse and Content Hub
  • Project transformations - launch support for all projects encompassing UAT, data migration, and data cleanse activities
  • AI tools support, including training of Sales teams on new AI Agent launches and ensuring data validation
  • Support Business Application Introduction training on key tools as required

Requirements

  • Master in setting priorities, planning, stakeholder and time management
  • Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (e.g. pivot tables, macros and power query)
  • Data Visualisation skills - experience working with Tableau
  • Database and data manipulation experience in extracting, joining and aggregating datasets
  • Previous experience required working in a fast paced media environment
  • SQL Expertise - Including experience in creating and editing SQL Queries, with experience using Google Cloud Platform preferred
  • Flexible work attitude and a willingness to take on duties beyond those specified in the job description

  • Act as a business partner for APJ Aruba, supporting country leadership & field sales team including South Pacific and Singapore
  • Drive Quota Setting Processes (incl. eMDM Entity Management: manage Entity request for Creation, modification, Party alignment) that aligned with the Aruba business strategy
  • SME for sales compensation tools, processes and systems. Facilitate & resolve SCO related issues raised by the managers & sales e.g., manual claims, wrong/missing account assignments etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of sales processes, identifying and leveraging best practice in support of delivering the sales strategy
  • Support the sales team with operational needs relating to new hire onboarding, tool trainings, process guidance, etc.
  • Quota Deployment & Anaplan Setup (Annual sales readiness cycle & Ad-Hoc request on the new employees or any change management)
