We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support and scale our commercial organization by driving performance, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and optimize our go-to-market execution.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
Support key processes such as segmentation, book of business management, and target setting
Build dashboards, reports, and business reviews for leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve overall GTM effectiveness
Requirements:
Strong analytical mindset with solid SQL skills
Experience in Commercial Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Business Analytics
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
