A growing, project-based organization in the renewable energy space is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to build and scale its sales operations function from the ground up. This role offers direct exposure to leadership, ownership of the CRM ecosystem (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and the opportunity to shape how pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analytics are run across the business. You’ll partner closely with Commercial and Finance leaders to improve visibility, drive accountability, and connect sales activity to revenue and margin outcomes.

Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics
Hands-on experience owning or managing a CRM platform (D365 strongly preferred)
Strong background in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
Advanced Excel skills
Experience building reports/dashboards with Power BI
Experience in energy (renewable, oil/gas, nuclear, power/electricity generation), construction, infrastructure, logistics or similar project based industry
Experience partnering with sales and finance to drive data-backed decisions
Nice to have:
Experience improving CRM adoption, data integrity, and sales processes
Background supporting field-based or longer-cycle sales environments
Experience managing CRM integrations or working with external system partners
