Job Description:

We are currently looking for a talented Sales Operations Administrator to join our B2C team part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division in our Paianias Offices. By joining this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting and coordinating the sales operations function, ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, maintaining accurate data, and helping sales teams achieve their goals through effective administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks such as order processing, contract management, and document preparation
  • Creating and supporting sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and other collateral
  • Organizing and scheduling sales meetings, training sessions, and events
  • Managing and supporting sales tools and systems, such as CRM and enablement platforms
  • Assisting with user training and onboarding for new tools, as well as documenting processes and guidelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication between sales, management, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or Bachelor’s in Business Administration (or related field)
  • 1+ years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales operations or support
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., BI) and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an analytical mindset for process improvement and multitasking abilities
  • Team player with adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a basic understanding of sales processes.
