Job Responsibility:
Translate high-level business strategies into actionable sales targets and design data-driven incentive schemes to motivate the field force
Lead the charge in implementing AI and Image Recognition (IR) technology to automate shelf auditing and optimize Perfect Store standards
Build and manage advanced automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide full visibility into sell-in, sell-out, and inventory levels
Act as a change agent, optimizing Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and re-engineering processes to increase sales productivity
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Analysis, specifically within the FMCG or Retail sectors
A proven track record of leading digital transformation projects, such as CRM optimization or AI/IR implementations
Advanced expertise in Excel and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
A strategic mindset with the ability to influence both frontline sales teams and senior leadership through strong stakeholder management
