Job Description:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will contribute to the development and performance of our commercial activities by supporting strategic decision-making, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring the proper execution of our sales processes. You will work closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Management teams to optimize business results, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our key accounts across multiple locations and brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to achieving the business plan objectives within the assigned perimeter, in terms of both revenue and margin
  • Implement action plans to reach commercial targets and develop the client portfolio (account strategies, RFP management, commercial agreements)
  • Identify, qualify, and report business opportunities in priority markets
  • Support the development of business opportunities across the client’s various entities and geographies through cross-selling initiatives and coordination with the Group’s brands
  • Monitor the evolution of delivery and invoicing models within your scope
  • Support the transformation and optimization of delivery and invoicing processes in alignment with internal guidelines
  • Strengthen the level of partnership with key client accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders
  • Establish or reinforce a high level of proximity with C-level decision makers
  • Represent the Group externally and act as a key ambassador in your interactions
  • Expand business opportunities across the client’s entities and locations, ensuring efficient cross-selling of our offers and brands
  • Follow up on commercial agreements to secure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Analyze sales activity and performance indicators to detect trends, challenges, and areas for improvement
  • Support sales teams in onboarding, training, and the documentation of sales processes
  • Contribute to increasing the volume and quality of prospection and qualification activities
  • Drive improvements in turnover and gross margin within your perimeter, both in value and in percentage

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years in sales operations or related senior roles in Engineering or Technology consulting service
  • Strong experience in Sales, Management, and Business Development
  • Fluent in English
  • Chinese as mother tongue
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Adaptable to dynamic business environments in Shanghai
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
