Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales. The Sales Operation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and operational efficiency of the regional branch. You will hold full accountability for the branch's performance, seamlessly bridging the gap between sales management and logistical execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive regional sales performance to achieve targets, lead the sales and F&B service teams in outdoor promotional activities (e.g., Expos), and directly manage key relationships by visiting top accounts and resolving market issues
  • Synchronise sales budgets with warehouse forecasting, overseeing inventory pipeline management (FIFO) and logistics planning to guarantee on-time delivery and superior customer service

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in FMCG sales, Key Account Management, or Distributor Management, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial targets
  • Possess own transport for work
