We are looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Sales officer with a strong passion for building long-term relationships with corporate clients. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with companies, driving sales growth, and expanding our market reach. Key responsibilities include acquiring new corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Communicate with companies and business owners (B2B) and present the services of Foras Platform
Understand companies’ recruitment needs and offer suitable solutions
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure
Follow up with clients and build long-term, trust-based relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the platform
Document client data and sales reports using CRM tools (if applicable)
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve messaging and offers presented to companies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of the corporate environment and digital services
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
