Job Description:

You’ll be the driving force behind a high-energy internal sales team, leading the charge to boost profitable sales by promoting our full range of products and services to both new and existing customers. You’ll coach and empower a team of Internal Sales Coordinators, helping them sharpen their selling skills and spot opportunities to maximise sales. Job Responsibility:

  • Driving Sales: Leading your team to hit sales targets, promoting the full range of products and services to both new and existing customers
  • Coaching & Development: Mentoring your Internal Sales Coordinators, helping them master selling techniques and identifying sales opportunities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring the team delivers top-notch service with a positive, can-do attitude, always reinforcing our ‘Best in the Business’ principles
  • Team Leadership: Managing a team of 2 Internal Sales Coordinators, motivating and guiding them to deliver results and develop their skills
