Job Responsibility:
Leading a team to hit sales targets, promoting the full range of products and services to both new and existing customers
Mentoring Internal Sales Coordinators, helping them master selling techniques and identifying sales opportunities
Ensuring the team delivers top-notch service with a positive, can-do attitude, always reinforcing our ‘Best in the Business’ principles
Managing a team of Internal Sales Coordinators, motivating and guiding them to deliver results and develop their skills
Identifying ways to improve team performance and sales strategies, constantly raising the bar for success
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, with a knack for coaching and developing a team
Naturally self-motivated, full of energy, and always striving for the next win
Great communicator, able to engage and inspire a team while building strong customer relationships
Passion for customer service
Mentor, ready to help a team grow and reach their full potential
