Job Description

A Reno title and escrow provider is in search for Sales Assistant support to support the sales and marketing team by maintaining clean data, clear reporting, and consistent processes. This role drives accuracy across CRM systems, supports marketing and agent‑facing initiatives, and ensures the team has the structure needed to operate efficiently. With a blend of administrative, analytical, and coordination responsibilities, the Sales Assistant keeps operations moving behind the scenes.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain CRM accuracy, segmentation, and data integrity
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Track and analyze KPIs, agent activity, and territory growth
  • Support forecasting and production reporting
  • Manage email marketing and campaign coordination
  • Assist with event planning and social media content support
  • Create sales meeting agendas, recaps, and presentations
  • Track rep activity, accountability metrics, and territory lists
  • Organize onboarding materials and branded items
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and reporting efficiency

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, contact lists, and pipeline information
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and track key metrics
  • Analyze trends and territory activity with a data‑driven mindset
  • Support marketing efforts including email campaigns, event logistics, and light content coordination
  • Assist with forecasting, production reporting, and goal tracking

  • Collaborate closely with the team and contribute as a dependable team player
  • Identify workflow gaps, solve problems proactively, and recommend process improvements
  • Manage onboarding materials, branded items, and internal communications
