We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Carson Nevada. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the efficient operation of our sales office by handling administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining office workflows. This position is ideal for someone who excels in organization, communication, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries to customers and from vendors to maintain timely operations
  • Track and maintain inventory levels while placing orders when necessary
  • Provide support to office staff by assisting in scheduling and coordinating tasks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues
  • Implement and maintain office procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest actionable solutions

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office or administrative role
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Experience in inventory tracking and vendor management
  • Ability to answer inbound calls and perform receptionist duties professionally
  • Familiarity with sales support processes and workflows
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
