Job Description

As the Sales & Network Area Manager BeNeLux you will define, develop and deliver the retail partner network strategy for the growth of the Lotus Cars brand in the BeNeLux region, the Lotus retail strategy and Lotus Cars Product Strategy. This role also includes support for the delivery of regional sales performance KPI’s and targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the recruitment of retail partners and authorized repairers to contribute to Lotus growth in the BeNeLux region
  • Agree with Dealer Network on annual targets and achievement of Sales plan
  • Identify Sales opportunities in local dealer area and support Marketing department to exploit potential
  • Continuously monitor actual sales performance vs. targets and develop action plans to recover if needed
  • Coach Dealers on internal sales processes and support the professionalisation of the Lotus Dealer network
  • Support the implementation of the Lotus CI and Sales and Aftersales Standards across all markets to ensure compliance
  • Achieve defined Sales KPI with Dealer network and constantly work on improvements
  • Support rollout of new Lotus IT systems and processes to ensure Dealers get familiar with systems and processes
  • Manage relationship with Dealer network, driving Sales, customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to brands standard
  • Continuously monitor network performance considering sales funnel management, compliance of standards, training and customer experience

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in dealer network development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch, French and English
  • Relevant automotive experience in the development of dealer/distributor networks
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Written and spoken Dutch & French languages skills at native level

Nice to have

Bachelor or Master study of Economics, Automotive Management, Finance & Controlling, Business Management or similar
