Job Responsibility:

Assisting with property valuations and securing new instructions
Preparing marketing materials, including brochures and online listings
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Maintaining regular contact with vendors and applicants, providing updates and feedback
Managing offers, negotiations, and progressing sales through to completion
Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other third parties
Promoting related services such as conveyancing and financial advice
Proactively generating new business opportunities and leads

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar estate agency role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service ethic and attention to detail
Knowledge of the local property market
Good IT skills (experience with Reapit software desirable)
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
