Job Description:

Sales Negotiator position in a thriving property team, managing residential property sales from start to finish in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a lively, supportive team atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and progressing residential property sales from start to finish
Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals
Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers alike
Working weekends
Contributing to a supportive team where your voice is heard and your ideas matter

Requirements:

Proven experience in property sales
Confident, people-first approach with excellent communication skills
Highly motivated with a proactive and target-driven mindset
Thrives in a lively, close-knit team environment
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
