Sales Negotiator

• Manage and negotiate offers on Prestige properties, keeping vendors fully updated
• Conduct personalised vendor visits and viewings to maintain strong client relationships
• Provide regular vendor communication, including feedback, pricing advice, and listing management
• Progress sales from offer to completion, liaising with all parties and resolving issues
• Generate new business opportunities

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal
• The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients
• Able to achieve sales targets
• Experience in property is preferable however demonstrating transferable skills will be considered
