As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, and estate agents from the moment a property goes live until the sale is agreed. You’ll thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, hitting targets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. With a proactive, professional, and energetic approach, you’ll ensure every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Manage properties from listing to sale
Support buyers through registration to become bid-ready
Arrange and coordinate viewings efficiently
Handle incoming calls to deliver excellent customer service
Maintain regular contact with buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the sales process
Manage expectations of all parties involved
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promote legal packs and conveyancing providers to meet monthly targets
Use initiative to overcome obstacles preventing sales progression
Recommend improvements to enhance customer service
Collaborate with administration teams on property particulars
Support valuers when required
Identify new sales opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in the property sector and customer service
At least 12 months’ experience in a Sales Negotiator role
