With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Chester, with a realistic OTE range of £28,000 - £30,000 pa.

Job Responsibility:

  • Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database
  • Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients
  • Handling in bound leads through various property portals
  • Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors
  • Generate and negotiate offers to get sales and lets agreed

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Has a natural selling ability
  • Excellent communication skills & Customer Service experience
  • Is articulate & a strong negotiator

Nice to have:

A background in Estate Agency would be beneficial
