Job Description

At KFH we are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our residential Sales team in London. You’ll be the face of KFH for buyers and vendors alike. You’ll guide clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting property viewings and providing insightful feedback to vendors
  • Managing offers and negotiating sales to successful completion
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge
  • Supporting clients with advice on the sales process, legislation, and KFH’s full range of services
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service

Requirements

  • A passion for property
  • A strong background in sales negotiation roles
  • Excellent communication skills – confident face-to-face, on the phone, and over email
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets
