As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the face of our business—helping buyers find their dream homes and ensuring sellers get the results they deserve. You’ll represent our brand, values, and commitment to service every time you pick up the phone, arrange a viewing, or negotiate a deal.
Job Responsibility:
Match buyers with the right homes based on their needs and aspirations
Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email
Proactively call out new instructions to prospective buyers
Book and conduct viewings, delivering engaging property tours
Guide clients through the sales process from offer to completion
Act as a trusted advisor to both sellers and buyers, supporting them through every stage of the sale
Keep sellers updated on viewings, feedback, and market conditions to secure sales quickly and at the right price
Handle queries and concerns with professionalism, always aiming for a smooth, stress-free experience
Help market properties through online portals, social media, and our in-house platforms
Monitor and report on property performance, adjusting strategy as needed to attract buyers
Negotiate offers and terms to achieve the best outcome for all parties
Handle objections, clarify queries, and work towards mutually beneficial agreements
Keep sellers informed at every step to ensure transparency and confidence
Keep all systems and records up to date, including applicant details and sales progression notes
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company standards
Liaise with our sales progression and property management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency sales
Full UK driving licence and use of your own car
Confident communicator, both verbal and written
Strong negotiation, sales, and problem-solving abilities
Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage a busy schedule
Nice to have:
Local knowledge of Chelmsford/Essex
