A passion for property and a strong background in sales negotiation roles
Excellent communication skills – you’re confident face-to-face, on the phone, and over email
A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets
Knowledge of the London property market is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll support you with learning your patch!

Job Responsibility

Conducting property viewings and providing insightful feedback to vendors
Managing offers and negotiating sales to successful completion
Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge
Supporting clients with advice on the sales process, legislation, and KFH’s full range of services collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service
