Job Responsibility:
Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers
Cross-selling between our other branches and proactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our extensive database
Working collaboratively within the team to ensure the annual target is met
Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
Requirements:
You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales
You are target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)
You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market
You are proactive and tenacious
You hold a valid driving licence
