We’re delighted to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator in our Southsea office with an OTE up to £35k.

Job Responsibility:

  • Active participation and vigilance regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Regularly maintaining contact with sellers and buyers on a weekly basis to ensure their needs are met
  • Facilitating communication among solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendors, and purchasers
  • Thoroughly verifying the transaction chain and adeptly resolving any issues that may arise
  • Diligently advancing sales processes to achieve successful completion.

Requirements:

  • Possesses a history of successful sales experience
  • Desires to become part of a thriving and expanding enterprise
