Job Description:

We're an established and respected property company looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our small but mighty team. With a buzzing office atmosphere and a genuine passion for property, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and having a lot of fun while doing it!

Job Responsibility:

Managing and progressing residential property sales from start to finish
Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals
Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers alike
Working weekends
Contributing to a supportive team where your voice is heard and your ideas matter

Requirements:

Proven experience in property sales
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Confident, people-first approach with excellent communication skills
Highly motivated with a proactive and target-driven mindset
Someone who thrives in a lively, close-knit team environment

Nice to have:

Full UK driving licence (depending on location)
