Job Responsibility

  • Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets
  • Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties
  • Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings

Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal
  • The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients
  • Able to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in property is preferable however demonstrating transferable skills will be considered
