Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, generate, and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functionalities
  • Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data
  • Create and manage multi-ports reports to provide a holistic view of sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their reporting needs and provide timely support
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Assist in ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis projects as required
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data for reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data visualization
  • Demonstrated ability to create insightful reports and dashboards
  • Strong data cleaning and data management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline

Nice to have:
