Sales & Marketing Manager

• Monitor and evaluate agency performance, including turnaround times and sales effectiveness
• Personally manage key group purchasers, including conducting site visits, participating in roadshows, and delivering sales presentations
• Support joint sales activities and promotional campaigns with financial institutions and appointed agents as required
• Provide training and guidance to the internal sales team to ensure effective collaboration with agents, bankers, and legal teams
• Work closely with banks and mortgage specialists to facilitate smooth and timely loan approvals for buyers

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of the property development process and sales cycle
