Job Responsibility:
Drive the sales team and external agencies to achieve monthly and project-based sales targets
Lead the end-to-end execution of new property launches, from pre-launch campaigns to official show unit openings
Appoint and manage external real estate agencies and internal sales teams to ensure high conversion rates and consistent pipeline growth
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to provide insights on pricing strategies, product positioning, and buyer behaviour
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Property Development industry
Strong leadership skills with experience managing internal teams and external vendors/agencies
