Job Responsibility
Manage the brand's sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals, market expansion, and portfolio penetration across Malaysia and Singapore
Formulate and execute dual-function commercial plans, seamlessly balancing traditional on-the-ground sales operations with creative marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and roadshows
Take ownership of a fluid channel assignment - whether your strengths lie in Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), or Food Service - to optimize distribution networks and commercial partnerships
Monitor regional performance metrics, analyze consumer trends, manage annual budgets, and work closely with executive leadership to guide long-term business growth
Partner cross-functionally with internal R&D, Product Development, and Operations teams to orchestrate successful new product launches and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of commercial FMCG experience within the food industry or food manufacturing sector
Proven track record of handling sales and marketing workflows simultaneously
someone who is highly creative yet commercially aggressive
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
