Job Responsibility:
Lead and mentor inside sales teams to achieve performance goals and foster growth

evaluate sales performance through metrics and reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement
collaborate with internal teams to align on business objectives and performance targets
utilize cloud-based systems to manage operations, reporting, and data analytics effectively
travel regularly to other locations to support sales efforts and team development
shape and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
organize and participate in marketing events to promote products and services

Requirements:
Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the appliance, construction, or interior design industries
demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading sales teams to achieve results
strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain vendor and client relationships
proficiency with technology and cloud-based systems for operations and reporting
willingness to work onsite and travel as required to support regional sales efforts
experience in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing environments
strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify opportunities
