The Sales & Marketing Manager is a pivotal executive role responsible for steering the company’s commercial and technical trajectory. You will harmonize corporate vision across sales, marketing, and research & development departments to maximize product lifecycles and accelerate market capture.
Job Responsibility
Define and execute the holistic commercial strategy for the Sales, Marketing, and R&D departments
Oversee comprehensive product lifecycle management from initial chemical synthesis to market launch
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure R&D innovations align perfectly with market opportunities
Lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of the commercial team and senior executives
Establish high-level corporate relationships with key stakeholders in the global electronics and semiconductor supply chain
Synthesize market intelligence to steer corporate positioning, pricing strategies, and revenue targets
Report directly to executive leadership on strategic milestones, market expansion, and organizational growth
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the Manufacturing and Chemical sectors
At least 5 years of proven experience operating in a senior, cross-functional leadership capacity
Strong technical background, with a preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
Exceptional business acumen with a track record of driving corporate revenue growth
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, innovative product lifecycles and technical teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional management capabilities
