Sales & Marketing Intern Job at EF Education First (Santiago)

Job Description

We are looking for a communicative and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to help us increase the awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in Chile. This is a full-time 6-month-long internship based in Santiago, starting on March 3rd. While the position is based in Santiago, it may require travel across Chile. As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work mainly with offline marketing but also get insight into our online marketing channels. You are part of an ambitious and dynamic team.

Job Responsibility

Increase sales and brand awareness by attending fairs and career days at schools, universities, career centers, and similar local institutions across Chile
Be part of developing and managing new partnerships and platforms to place Cultural Care in a way that is appropriate for the target group
Planning and execution of school visits, fairs, and events to reach our target group, strengthen customer loyalty, and promote sales
Be a part of developing and implementing new and existing relationships with schools and universities – both over the phone and in person
Support the sales team in recruitment, screening, and coaching of potential au pairs over the phone

Requirements

Comfortable with public speaking - in person and online
Full proficiency in both Spanish and English
Ambitious and curious person with a positive hands-on attitude
Experience abroad - preferably your own Au Pair-experience
