This hybrid role combines field-based sales (60–70%) with office-based sales and marketing support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing customer relationships, securing new business, and contributing to the wider commercial strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and grow key account relationships to deliver sustained revenue growth
Identify and convert new business opportunities through structured lead generation
Deliver tailored product solutions with a consultative, value-driven approach
Conduct competitive analysis to develop strategic positioning and win business
Support the execution of marketing initiatives including online and offline materials
Prepare accurate customer quotations and process orders within required timeframes
Provide responsive and professional customer support throughout the sales cycle
Track sales performance and produce reports to support business development
Represent Syntech at trade shows, events and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with month-end routines and administrative reporting
Requirements:
Third-level qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years’ proven success in a similar B2B sales role
Knowledge of building regulations and construction sector practices
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Confident presenting to a range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
