Job Description

Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Korea, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join the Unox Marketing Team in Seoul. The role is hands-on and focused on promoting brand visibility, generating qualified commercial leads, and working closely with dealers and the sales team to drive business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, following up with current customer and new customers, building long-lasting relationships
  • Manages accounts by answering chat, phone or email inquiries updating all information in CRM system and generating follow-ups
  • Maintain regular contact with local dealers to provide product updates and basic commercial support
  • Localize and adapt sales and communication materials to the Korean market
  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing initiatives such as trade shows, product demos, digital campaigns, and the creation/adaptation of promotional materials
  • Manage and update the company’s professional social media channels in Korea in alignment with global guidelines and local market trends

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service roles
  • Native or fluent in Korean and English language
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Strong customer orientation and proactivity
