Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Director for a established MNC that specializes in Polyols and Foam technologies and services.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for specialty chemicals, ensuring streamlined routes to market through key accounts and distribution channels
Conduct market segmentation, optimize supply chains, and devise country-specific strategies to drive business growth
Formulate and execute annual marketing and sales plans aligned with company objectives and operational targets
Work with manufacturing and production teams to align marketing strategies with operational capabilities, maximizing plant utilization
Oversee product branding initiatives and support company efforts to obtain relevant certifications
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business benchmarking to enhance competitiveness
Develop pricing policies and strategies based on market analysis, competitor pricing, and cost optimization
Collaborate with the innovation team on product development, improvement, and commercialization to support business expansion
Lead the launch of new products, including creating communication packs for customer engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience
Availability for regular business travel
Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries
Excellent planning & organizational skills
