About the Sales & Marketing Coordinator role: Provide support to Marketing, PR, Digital, and Sales teams for Four Seasons St. Louis.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day‑to‑day support to the Marketing and PR teams in coordinating campaigns, projects, and ongoing initiatives
Assist with media‐related tasks including scheduling journalist and influencer visits, preparing itineraries, coordinating on‑property hosting, and organizing property tours
Maintain PR tracking tools, update editorial/coverage logs, and support the preparation of monthly recap reports and meeting materials
Support the coordination of photo and video shoots
Monitor online reviews and social platforms to support timely, brand‑appropriate responses
Assist with managing social media content calendars, gathering assets, drafting posts, and coordinating approvals
Help implement digital marketing campaigns by organizing content, tracking deliverables, and assisting with performance reporting
Support paid advertising efforts by coordinating placements, gathering creative materials, and tracking campaign activity
Help maintain accurate, up‑to‑date content across third‑party websites, partner listings, and online travel platforms
Assist in producing basic marketing collateral such as flyers, menus, in‑room pieces, and promotional materials
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Sales team, including scheduling, preparing documents, assisting with proposals, and organizing client communication
Act as a coordination point for incoming leads by logging details, routing inquiries, and assisting with follow‑up tasks
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and collateral
proofread materials to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Assist with planning logistics for site inspections, FAM trips, and client visits, including drafting itineraries, confirming amenities, and coordinating with internal departments
Welcome and assist walk‑in clients, manage high volumes of phone calls, and provide warm, professional service at all times
Assist with logistics for trade shows, client events, and sales travel, including registrations, shipping materials, and preparing sales kits
Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Director as needed on departmental tasks and special projects
Requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn hotel systems and digital platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, vendors, media partners, and clients
Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast‑moving environment
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and consistently uphold Four Seasons service and brand standards
