Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents
Assist in developing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, company profiles)
Coordinate digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, website updates, campaigns)
Support event participation (exhibitions, conferences, client meetings)
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Assist in compiling RFP/RFQ responses and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, technical) for inputs
Prepare basic financial summaries, pricing tables, and presentations
Maintain a database of past proposals and templates
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Identify potential clients and upcoming projects in parking and mobility sectors
Support feasibility studies and business case preparation
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports
Track KPIs such as leads, proposals submitted, and conversions
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, proposals, and communications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
4–6 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or business support roles, preferably in transportation, parking, or facility management industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms
Basic understanding of financials and proposal structuring
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms
Saudi Arabia/Middle East Experience Preferred
Arabic Language skills are preferred
