Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Controller who wants to operate where financial control meets commercial execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial discipline across Sales and Marketing — ensuring that pricing, margins, contracts, and cash flow meet the standards required in a high-performance environment. You take ownership of the financial backbone of the commercial organization. From forecasting and margin analysis to contract evaluation and cash flow follow-up, you ensure that decisions are grounded in data and aligned with financial targets. This position requires a structured and self-driven individual with the ability to work independently, challenge the business, and drive initiatives from analysis to implementation.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive budgeting and forecasting for Sales and Marketing
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with financial targets
  • Follow up on deviations and secure accountability
  • Analyse pricing, product mix, and customer profitability
  • Ensure that margins meet requirements and highlight deviations early, with clear recommendations
  • Review and challenge commercial agreements with a focus on pricing structures, margins, payment terms, and financial exposure
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk frameworks
  • Take ownership of accounts receivable follow-up, credit exposure, and payment behaviour
  • Actively support cash collection and strengthen working capital discipline
  • Provide structured and reliable reporting on sales, margins, backlog, and cash flow
  • Ensure full visibility of risks and performance across the commercial organization
  • Continuously improve processes within sales controlling, contract approval, and AR management
  • Drive standardization, data accuracy, and automation

Requirements

  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Solid financial foundation
  • Experience from controlling, finance business partnering, or similar roles
  • Preferably from a product or production industry background
  • Structured and methodical way of working
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership
  • Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration
  • Proven ability to challenge and influence the business
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Experience with reporting tools

What we offer

  • Dynamic, inclusive environment
  • Opportunity to shape the future of mobility
