Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the events industry
a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
strong analytical skills to assess performance and develop actionable strategies
a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
