In this position, you will oversee regional territories in Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar and field team operations, fostering strategic alliances with travel retail partners and distributors to drive regulatory adherence and top-tier sales results. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Develop annual plans and rolling volume forecasts to hit targets and optimise inventory levels
Analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and passenger flows to drive business insights
Manage pricing, investment planning, and the full marketing mix to align with both global and local needs
Implement distribution and promotional strategies, ensuring high-quality merchandising and shelf-space presence
Build strong customer relationships and align with domestic markets to maximise business synergy
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
5 years of experience in the FMCG industry
Preferably candidates within the FMCG/Travel Retail industry with Key Account Management experience
Able to travel within South East Asia
