As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding SKIDATA’s footprint in the United Arab Emirates, a market where our solutions already power iconic destinations. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, drive commercial growth, and support the Sales Director in shaping the next chapter of SKIDATA’s success in the UAE.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on new customers and system installations across the Emirates
Achieve revenue, gross profit, and EBIT targets within the UAE market
Drive negotiations and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Coordinate with Operations, Estimation, and other internal teams to successfully win UAE tenders and projects
Review and analyze RFPs and tenders, extract BOQs, and manage all tender-related documentation and correspondence
Lead customer meetings and presentations with technical and commercial expertise
Travel requirement within the UAE and occasionally within the region (30–40%)
Requirements:
Sales-driven mindset with a background in Engineering or Business Administration
Multiple years of professional experience, ideally in system solutions, technology, parking, mobility, or similar sectors
Very strong MS Office and SharePoint skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
able to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in English
Arabic is an advantage
Well-presented, proactive, energetic, eager to learn
Team player with strong ethical standards and high reliability
