We are looking for a self-driven Sales Manager to own the full B2B sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closing — across competitive markets in the US, Canada, UK, DACH, and Nordics. We need a proactive hunter with strong self-organization and the ability to build long-term client relationships. You should be ready to generate your own pipeline and take full ownership of results.
Job Responsibility:
Independently build and manage an outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, email, Upwork)
Represent the company at industry conferences across Europe and the US, generating leads and expanding the network
Run intro calls, qualify leads, and move opportunities through the sales funnel
Lead the presale process in collaboration with the delivery team (scoping and estimations)
Prepare and present commercial proposals
Manage smaller accounts during delivery
hand over larger clients to the AM team
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
Requirements:
4+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services or custom software development
Proven track record of closing $100K+ deals and managing complex, long sales cycles
Hands-on experience with outbound sales (LinkedIn, email, Upwork)
Experience attending and representing a company at industry conferences and tech events
Valid visa and willingness to travel regularly across Europe and the US (or readiness to obtain required visas)
Solid understanding of the SDLC and core development areas (AI solutions, web/mobile development, integrations, custom platforms)
Strong CRM discipline: structured pipeline management, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-ups
English level: C1 (Advanced)
