Job Description:

The Sales Manager role at Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan involves managing sales activities, building guest loyalty, promoting the brand image, and performing administrative support tasks for the Sales & Marketing team. The role includes training employees, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining quality customer service standards.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote brand image internally and externally
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Train and motivate employees
Serve as a role model
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
None (License or Certification)
