Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting high-value sales opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering seamless event experiences that exceed expectations.
Job Responsibility
Source and convert MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) business
Drive group and event sales across corporate and leisure segments
Showcase our premium venues and tailor event solutions to client needs
Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service
Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall team success
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in a proactive sales role, ideally within hotels or events
Proven success in driving revenue and building client relationships
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills
Familiarity with CI/TY systems (highly regarded)
Bonus: Knowledge of the Melbourne market
