Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively identifying cash management opportunities and developing them for actual revenue generation
  • Establishing new cash management business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
  • Leading the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
  • Drafting/Executing business plans & strategies to originate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones, in order to achieve underlying business growth, sales or revenue targets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
  • Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
  • Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 year-long broad customer-facing career experiences in financial institutions. Especially career experiences in bank’s cash/treasury management strongly preferred
  • Effective communication skills and strong ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • English & Korean capabilities for both internal stakeholders and external customers, both in verbal & written
  • Excellent presentation skills and deal negotiation capabilities
  • Strong teamplayer spirit and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin./Marketing/Economics preferred
  • Strategic acumen & analytical skillsets for account planning, sales & marketing activities, business analysis, etc.
  • Extra points will be awarded to working experiences in ‘Fintech & PG (Payment Gateway)’ industries
