Our client is a successful brokerage seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of day to day sales management while working closely with senior leadership to drive business growth and performance.
Job Responsibility
Manage and support a team of brokers and administrators
Deliver coaching, training and ongoing development to improve team performance
Drive conversion improvements across the sales function
Increase protection sales and maximise revenue opportunities
Act as the main point of contact for team queries and day-to-day operational support
Monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets
Work closely with senior leadership to support wider business objectives
Requirements
Management experience within a brokerage environment is required
Alternatively, an experienced broker with proven management experience in another setting
Strong leadership and people management skills
Comfortable using technology and business systems with minimal training required
Proven ability to drive sales performance and team development
What we offer
£45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
OTE of £70,000 – £80,000+
Performance-related bonus structure
Monday to Friday working hours (9am – 6pm)
No weekend work
