Job Responsibility:
Leading a structured, ethical and customer-focused sales operation
Supporting a team of 5 Sales Executives through clear processes, coaching and hands-on leadership
Leading the sale of new and used Vauxhall vehicles, finance and value-added products
Managing sales campaigns and promotions in line with brand and compliance standards
Balancing performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience in the motor industry
Track record of improving sales performance, profitability or operational efficiency
Collaborative, motivational leadership style
Strong commercial acumen
